Stacy Scott has spent the last three decades working for multi-million dollar organizations and groundbreaking ministries - leading teams, shaping culture, and inspiring individuals to reach their potential. Stacy's abilities and passions synthesize when she is cultivating healthy culture, identifying untapped potential, and coaching individuals and teams to embrace new levels of ownership.

After 10 years of running operations, corporate training, and customer service teams, Stacy invested 20+ years in a variety of executive leadership roles. This included helping lead a start-up ministry from the idea stage to carrying the vision forward into six sites and to incredible worldwide impact.

Stacy operates from a firm belief that organizations need healthy individuals leading the charge. She is confident that God has purposed her to boldly equip, empower, and develop leaders to reach their fullest potential.
